On today’s show we will be talking to David Markowski. For thirty years David Markowski has been actively involved in capital investment for private and public start-ups. Throughout the 80s and early 90s David Markowski worked with and later built an independent Wall Street broker dealer that specialized in start-up IPOs. During this time, he had the opportunity to review and filter thousands of small company business models while looking for qualities that would foretell the probability of success.
After a decade and the experience of generating $500 million in funding for early stage companies David left Wall Street to form a consulting organization focused on supporting early stage first mover and disruptor companies. He is experienced in Private Equity, Public IPOs, Venture Capital and Crowd Funding. Over the years, David and the projects he has worked with have been featured in over 30 national publications including Barron’s, USA Today, Money Magazine, Chicago Tribune, INC Magazine and an Equites Magazine cover story.
